By installing or using Train Painter (the "App"), published by 林贵鸿 (Guihong Lin), you agree to these terms.
The App is a single-player game provided for entertainment. It requires no account, no wallet, and no network connection, and it works fully offline.
The App is not a wallet and does not custody assets. It cannot sign messages, approve transactions, or move funds, and it never requests private keys or seed phrases — never enter them anywhere in the App. Nothing in the App is financial advice.
This version contains no in-app purchases and sells nothing. Any references to possible future features describe plans only: they are not offers and are not part of this version.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App except where applicable law permits it, not to misrepresent the App or its publisher, and not to use the App in violation of applicable law or the Solana dApp Store Publisher Policy.
The App and its original content are owned by the publisher or its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App; they transfer no ownership.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms; the version hosted at this URL is the current one. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
